Contact Form Requirements

1. Provide​ ​a​ ​responsive​ ​html/css​ ​(phone,​ ​tablet,​ ​desktop)​ ​website​ ​form.

2. Use​ ​your​ ​favorite​ ​css​ ​preprocessor.

3. Account​ ​for​ ​proper​ ​form​ ​“validation”​ ​to​ ​be​ ​displayed​ ​ (this​ ​can​ ​be​ ​displayed​ ​all​ ​the​ ​time.​ ​Don’t​ ​worry about​ ​actual​ ​validation).

4. Contacts​ ​within​ ​this​ ​system​ ​have​ ​many​ ​types​ ​of​ ​information​ ​that​ ​could​ ​be​ ​entered.

   a. Basic​ ​info:

    i. Contact​ ​Photo
   
    ii. Salutation,​ ​First/Last​ ​Name
   
    iii. Company​​Name
   
    iv. Phone​​number,​​ Extension,​​ Type​​ of​​ number​​ (work,​​cell,​​home)
   
        1. Allow​ ​for​ ​adding​ ​as​ ​many​ ​phone​ ​numbers​ ​as​ ​the​ ​customer​ ​needs
   
        2. Allow​ ​for​ ​setting​ ​one​ ​of​ ​the​ ​phone​ ​number​ ​as​ ​“primary” 
   
    v. Email
   
        1. Allow​ ​for​ ​adding​ ​as​ ​many​ ​emails​ ​as​ ​the​ ​customer​ ​needs
   
        2. Allow​ ​for​ ​setting​ ​one​ ​of​ ​the​ ​emails​ ​as​ ​“primary”
   

   b. Address​ ​Info

    i. Allow​ ​entering​ ​of​ ​2​ ​addresses​ ​(Mailing,​ ​Billing) 
   

   c. Header/Footer

    i. Add​ ​a​ ​fixed​ ​header​ ​with​ ​a​ ​page​ ​title
   
    ii. Add​ ​a​ ​fixed​ ​footer​ ​for​ ​the​ ​submit​ ​button​ ​(Don’t​ ​worry​ ​about​ ​submitting​ ​the​ ​form)
