This project transforms demographics, clinical scenario, and respiratory support data for patients hospitalized at UCSF into a daily snapshot of clinical severity stage for each patient. Ordinal scale adapted from WHO’s Clinical Progression Scale, which aims to capture patient clinical trajectory and resource usage over time.
