This is a Git repo for a dockerized MuSiC2 workflow written in the Common Workflow Language (CWL). The workflow has been designed to be reproducible and user friendly. I am an independent bioinformatician, who created this image to analyze somatic mutation hotspots in Marek's disease lymphomas.
This workflow uses software "dockerized" in Ubuntu based images and installs approapriate dependencies. Need to do: Provide a Graphic of the workflow.
