The code was developed with Racket and tslime in Vim and tmux.
Start a tmux session with two panes.
In pane 0 run Vim
In pane 1 run racket -i -p neil/sicp -l xrepl
Position the cursor in Vim in a block of code and press C-c C-c to copy the code into the REPL.
