This repo has been deprecated. The git-lfs package is published in debian: https://packages.debian.org/stable/git-lfs. On
buster or newer it can be installed with apt install git-lfs.
The source for the package has been moved to https://salsa.debian.org/go-team/packages/git-lfs.
