Simple scripts to setup a python-weka-wrapper installation that can use libsvm, gridsearch and multisearch
I'm using latest python-weka-wrapper 0.3.8 (updated on 25/07/2016) Check repo at https://github.com/fracpete/python-weka-wrapper or documentation page at http://python-weka-wrapper.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html
Description of installed packages:
- weka 3.9.0 installed automatically with python-weka-wrapper (original site: http://www.cs.waikato.ac.nz/ml/weka/)
- LibSVM 1.0.8 (wrapper for weka) installed with weka's package manager
- GridSearch 1.0.9 installed manually (zip downloaded)
- MultiSearch 2016.6.7 (not official package) installed from latest release at https://github.com/fracpete/multisearch-weka-package/releases
