Development server

Run npm run scully:all for to build app, static scully assets and serve both Scully static and Angular distribution server.

Navigate to http://localhost:1668/ for Scully static server.

Navigate to http://localhost:1864/ for Angular distribution server.

The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.
