Make sure you have user scripts enabled in your browser (these instructions refer to the latest versions of the browser):
- Firefox - install Tampermonkey or Greasemonkey (GM v4+ is not supported!).
- Chrome - install Tampermonkey.
- Opera - install Tampermonkey or Violent Monkey.
- Safari - install Tampermonkey.
- Dolphin - install Tampermonkey.
- UC Browser - install Tampermonkey.

With the user script installed, login to the co-win portal and select 'Schedule' option against any of the registered users.

Once you are in the 'Book Appointment' screen, refresh the page once.
