Add Firebase binary with carthage

1. create folder with name binaries
2. Add firebase frameworks using carthage. you need the framework related to firebase ML Vision text recognition see https://github.com/firebase/firebase-ios-sdk/blob/master/Carthage.md
3. add GoogleService-Info.plist
