In this tutorial, we will learn the basic of:

2. How to use the HPC (High Performance Computing) cluster;
3. How to manage your working environment on HPC;
4. How to write reusable pipelines;
5. Brief and quick overview of genome(gene) annotation;

These tutorial will not make you a qualified bioinformatics-analyst, but they will reduce the chances that you make fatal errors on HPC.
