소개
프로그램에서 생성되는 로그파일을 감시하고 알람 기능을 제공합니다.
로그파일을 감시하고 있다가 설정된 레벨의 로그가 찍히면 감지하여 Telegram으로 보내주는 기능을 수행합니다.
