Windows Default Terminal Behaviour
Currently there is a Windows bug (so far Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 have been reported) preventing the Scenario Selector window from working correctly if your default terminal is set to "Windows Terminal". Workaround is to set your default terminal to "Windows Console Host".
