A Scrapy app which produces a JSON file of your Letterboxd diary with all the information about the films.
Create a python virtual envrionment.
'pip install scrapy' in the command line.
To run the app, you need to input:
scrapy crawl movie -O ENTER_FILE_NAME_HERE.json.
All the diary data will be stored in that file. You might need a python virtual environment to run the code.
There're are two ready JSON files in the repository, they show how the scraped data should look. One of them is from my personal Letterboxd diary ;)
