This app requires Cytoscape version 3.0 or higher (http://cytoscape.org/).

================================================================== BUILDING WITH APACHE MAVEN

In the terminal, just go to the project directory and run the following command:

mvn clean install

This app lets you create Spanning tree and All pair Shortest Paths from a given graph in Cytoscape.
