A simple WordPress plugin to store submitted e-mail addresses in the database and make them visible for the administrator to use.
The code generates a text inputfield for submission of the address as well as the possibility to remove it from the database.

Activate the plugin.

Put the following code in your theme where you want the e-mail address input to show up.
