1. Install this stuff by hand

Install X Code Tools

xcode-select --install

Install Homebrew

/usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"

2. Check and exec .macos.sh

3. Check and exec brew.sh
