My repo for Scoop the package manager for windows.
Install scoop first with iex (new-object net.webclient).downloadstring('https://get.scoop.sh') in your powershell
then make a scoop bucket add slaxor https://github.com/slaxor/scoop-bucket
and install the packages offered here with
scoop install that-special-prg
