Super reactions are a thing now. I wonder if this can be reproduced or not

I'll stall this until the Lit rewrite is done I think because it's getting well on its way now.
That said, I'm also not entirely sure how to do this, or how Discord does it. I can only imagine it's an image that has some CSS animations. I can't imagine that'll look nice.
