How to calculate beta NRI and NTI in picante

Dear author,

Thanks for developing the powerful picante, which is really helpful. I am a beginner in using picante. Based my understanding, picante integrates a lot of functions from phylocom, but I found that there seems no direct way to measure beta NRI and NTI in picante? May I know if misunderstand anythings or there is some other ways (instead of using phylocom) in picante?
