DelHistoryBot

To use:

1. Invite @DelHistoryBot to your group chat
2. Promote @DelHistoryBot to be group admin
3. Enable timer by /destroytimer

To build your own bot:

1. Clone the source code
2. Apply for a telegram bot from Bot Father, get the token
3. Disable privacy mode using /setprivacy -> Disable
4. Set up a mongodb (to store the message ids pending to be deleted), (e.g. Mongodb Atlas)
5. Replace the tokens with your own in the main.py
6. Set up a hosting machine (e.g. Google App Engine), and deploy the code to the cloud service.
