Flask Backend for Chess AI Bot deployment

AI-Chess Backend

Backend Deployment for My Reinforcement Learning Based Chess-AI model

Technology Used - Flask, AWS EC2

Run Locally

Clone the project

  git clone https://github.com/singhvaibhav924/Chess-AI-Backend.git

Go to the project directory

  cd my-project

Install dependencies

  pip install -r requirements.txt

Start the server

  python ./app.py

Note - Make sure to use virtualenv before installing the above packages to separate the installations from your system's other installations

Deploy on AWS EC2

Create an EC2 Instance and add the below bash script in the User-Data field present in the advanced settings.

python3.9 -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate && pip install -r requirements.txt && pip install gunicorn

sudo systemctl daemon-reload
sudo systemctl start Chess-AI-Backend
sudo systemctl enable Chess-AI-Backend

sudo systemctl start nginx
sudo systemctl enable nginx
