1. Caesar Cipher

Each letter in the plaintext is replaced by a letter some fixed number of positions down the alphabet. e.g. abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz can be coded as defghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzabc when key = 3 letters down,

Decryption is reverse process of it.
