• Install the dependencies
• Execute ant, and you'll have the plugin ready in burp-pdml.jar

• JDK 1.7+ (tested on OpenJDK 8, Debian/Ubuntu package: openjdk-8-jdk)
• Apache ANT (Debian/Ubuntu package: ant)
