Sample program not running

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run any sample from SB5 Unzipped file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Ms Visual c++ 2008


Please provide any additional information below.

I have included the include files just like instructed in the book,ad also  
added existing items to the project.I still get this error. GLTools.h exists in 
the folder added.
