Before running, download the required data files by running the following:
wget http://www.dof.ca.gov/Forecasting/Demographics/Projections/documents/P3_Complete.zip
unzip P3_Complete.zip
This will create the following files:
./PROJECTS/POPFC/B2019 - Copy - Copy/P3_Complete.csv
