Install docker

# Login to docker hub
docker login

# Downloading shotty image
docker pull shotty/main

# Run shotty image
# Replace [/path/to/storage] with an actual path to you storage. Here will be stored media files and database
# this is the only location that you need to backup. It is your responsibility!
# Use /path/to/ssl-keys only if you're going to use Shotty with a real domain.
docker run --name shotty -v [/path/to/storage]:/media/shotty [[-v [/path/to/ssl-keys]:/home/config/ssl/keys]] -p 8888:8888 -p 80:80 -p 443:443 -h shotty.local shotty/main

creating volume drives

docker volume create --label shotty --name shotty1
docker run --name shotty --restart=always -d -v shotty1:/media/shotty -p 8888:8888 -p 80:80 -p 443:443 -h shotty.local shotty/main

Run this once after first launch. DO NOT RUN THIS AFTER UPDATES!

docker exec -it shotty /home/config/rdb/setup.sh

Create/update Let's Encrypt SSL keys

if something is going wrong use this

docker rm $(docker ps -a -q)
