1. Download PhpStormFG.exe (2017 icon)
   https://github.com/shuchkin/PhpStormFG/raw/master/Release2017/PhpStormFG.exe

   or PhpStorm64FG.exe (2017 icon)
   https://github.com/shuchkin/PhpStormFG/raw/master/Release2017/PhpStorm64FG.exe

2. Copy exe to PhpStorm folder:
   c:\Program Files (x86)\JetBrains\PhpStorm [YOURVERSION]\bin\
