analyze_activity

The repo is created for the coursera course at https://class.coursera.org/getdata-004

run the analysis:

1. unzip the "getdata-projectfiles-UCI HAR Dataset.zip" and put it under the current directory. The folder name should be "UCI HAR Dataset".

2. execute R command source("run_analysis.R") to do the analysis. The tidy data set is wrote to tidydata.txt.
