Need of fetching request arguments

Usual flask code

app = Flask(__name__)

@app.route('/foo')
def bar():
    arg1 = request.args.get('arg1')
    arg2 = request.args.get('arg2')
    arg3 = request.args.get('arg3')
    do_something()

Above is tedious and is boring.

flask-reqarg

app = Flask(__name__)

@app.route('/foo')
def bar(arg1, arg2, arg3):
    do_something()

Above is much better code.. but do can we call bar() outside web request?

    do_something()

app = Flask(__name__)
