1.Clone the repo :-- git clone https://github.com/shivam8800/Nodejs_form

2.Go to Nodejs_form repo from terminal

3.For installing dependencies run :-- npm install

4.Just run this in terminal :-- cd src/; mkdir uploads

5. Then run this :-- cd -

4.Run the app by running :-- npm start

5.Go to 127.0.0.1:8080 localhost and get the form
