JSON configuration rules for Shimmering Bee: ZDA.
Rules definition for none compliant Zigbee devices that do not follow ZCL implementation standards.

These JSON files should be unmarshalled against rules.Rule in shimmeringbee/zda, and provided to the constructor
of the ZDA gateway.
