Find US State with Longitude & Latitude

Instructions

1. Download files
2. Run pip install -r requirements.txt
3. Go to the 'where-am-i' directory
4. Run python state_server.py
5. Open a second terminal
6. Go to the 'where-am-i' directory
7. Run python state_client.py
8. Enter longitude
9. Enter latitude
