Ask for Access permission

Dear Mr. Golodetz,
i am a student from technical university munich in Germany. i am working with my mentor together on a project about LIDAR SLAM for a indoor mapping project. We would like to use your octomap repos as one of our libraries. But we have a clone problem, as we follow the instruction ,Access permission was denied. we kindly ask for permits, or is there any other issure we didn’t pay attention on please let us know.
