Multi-biome PLSR model to estimate leaf mass per area using full-range (i.e. 400-2500 nm) leaf reflectance data

Contains:

  1. An Rscript that can be downloaded and run to illustrate the use of the PLSR model to estimate LMA using leaf reflectance data

  2. A vignette to show the results of running the example R script which applies the LMA PLSR model to the Lopex93 and Angers datasets. These datasets are availible on EcoSIS. Results can be found here

  3. An example vignette showing the application of the LMA PLSR model to datasets collected across NEON domains in the eastern U.S. The NEON spectra and LMA data are availible on EcoSIS. Results can be found here

  4. The final LMA PLSR model coefficients
