Commencement_System
Design a system to facilitate the announcing of names at commencement for the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University at Buffalo. Graduating students will have a window in which they can come to the School of Engineering to record their name, in their own voice, which will be played at graduation as they walk across the stage during commencement. Upon doing so they will be given an identification card that will be used during the graduation ceremony. When they approach the stage during the ceremony, they will use this card to trigger their recorded name to be announced as they walk across the stage. The system should also maintain a list of the students who walked across the stage so the photographer can be given an ordered list of graduates. This enables the photographer to identify each person in the photographs.
