Package to analyse catch data.

To get catch-, weight- and length at age, the following workflow can be used:
- read.ziff, for reading in ziff data (find.species can be used to help find the correct species code)
- read.nafoA and read.nafoB, for reading in nafo data
- read.lf, for reading in length frequency data
- read.bio, for reading in data usually named 'carbio'
- fit.lw, for fitting length-weight relationships
- get.samples, for attributing samples to a certain catch level (catch by region, gear and period)
- get.caa, for calculating catch- and weight-at-age
- get.cal, for calculating caught length-at-age
- armatrix.fit and plots for smoothing and filling gaps of e.g., weight-at-age
