This project is written in java, and requires java version 1.8. The entry point is the Application class. It can be compiled using: $ javac Application.java and run using: $ java Application [mode flag]
e.g. $ java Application -e input.txt output.txt $ java Application -d input.txt output.txt
The program is comprised of the following classes:
- Application
- Tester
- AES:
- AES0
- AES1
- AES2
- AES3
- AES4
Application provides an entry point to the program. It handles recieving input and generating output.
AES is an abstract class that is extended by AES0 - AES4.
Tester is a functional test class that validates encryption and decryption results (see testing)
A test class has been included that generates random input to be encrypted and then decrypted. This class feeds the output of AES encrypt to AES decrypt for each variation of AES implemented. The test can be run by first compiling Tester.java and then running: $ java Tester
