geostat.Rmd is an R Markdown file set up to run various data and model configurations.
make.R runs geostat.Rmd under various configurations and creates corresponding .html reports.
plots.R creates several plots used in the report based on the cached output from running make.R.
geostat-doc.Rmd contains a first draft of a write-up describing the analysis and results.
