Patches to the gnome shell advanced volume mixer extension

This repo contains a fork of the Advanced Volume Mixer Gnome Shell extension hacked to suit my personal taste.

Installation:

• ext_dir=$HOME/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions
• ln -sf $(readlink -f AdvancedVolumeMixer) $ext_dir/[e-mail]
