Massachusetts Department of Corrections (DOC) COVID-19 Data Report

• MA_DOC_covid.Rmd generates a Wikimedia flavored table with aggregate statistics on the COVID-19 outbreak in Massachusetts DOC Institutions
• MA_DOC_covid.R generates a series of reports with aggregate statistics on the COVID-19 outbreak for each MA DOC Institution, stratified by month

Data is pulled from the Massachusetts ACLU's Tracking COVID-19 in Massachusetts Prison & Jails project.
