Common Golang packages to be used across services
- Add CI (lint, test, coverage report, go report) using GitHub actions
- Add tracing with OpenTelemetry
- Add asyncsqs support
- Add acknowledgments in README
- Check for integration with nikoksr/notify for notifications
- Convert each package into its own module
