Minimal fixes to keep v5.x of https://github.com/foundation/foundation-rails working and deprecation free. Upgrading to v6 is too much work for old projects that are just in maintenance mode. See https://stackoverflow.com/a/36590054/935514
I took https://github.com/foundation/foundation-rails and rolled back to the last v5.x commit and then deleted all branches and tags related to v6.x
