made in about 12 hours. It has a lot of dependencies so running it on your computer might prove a little difficult. One tip is that you need python 3.6 or lower to run it, 3.7 does not work.

I used xampp to test this, so if you want to run on your machine you will need to install it too, then put it in a folder inside htdocs.
