This template is set to be used with Overleaf environment either:

Offline with LaTexLive compiled by latexmk into pdf, to compile use the command in the cmd:
latexmk -pdf. Read more about offline usage in Overleaf FAQ -
Online in Overleaf. Important! Upload the entire project except the file called 'latexmkrc' into your Overleaf to use it online.
