Installation Instrtuctions

1. In your cmd or terminal run
   pip install -r requirements.txt
2. Make sure all the packages are installed without any errors
3. To Download nltk data
   1. Open python shell
      python
   2. In the shell type the following lines
      import nltk
nltk.downloader()
   3. A new window will open. Select the English corpora and download it.
