As a developer, I would like to create documentation for the Billing report

Acceptance criteria
To be considered successful the solution must allow:
- Add nested query to get 1st date the Confluence "MLWH helpful queries" page here
- Add nested query to get number of samples and controls in a lane to the Confluence "MLWH helpful queries" page here
- Write up business process and decisions which were made to clarify understanding of current billing process
- Create visual documentation of what the query is actually doing
- Create Confluence page here

Overview
Create an SQL query, to automate the creation of the billing report. The query is wrapped in a Stored Procedure which can be accessed from Tableau, by passing two variables (to and from dates). The data can then be visualised and downloaded from Tableau.
