1. Check your ruby version

   \sites>rails --version

2. add gem spree in gemfile

   gem 'spree', '2.2.0'
   

3. Install imagagemagick and rmagick for all images format conversion

   for osx
   $ brew install imagemagick
   for window follow these steps
   http://rails.webintellix.com/2010/01/04/how-to-install-rmagick-imagemagick-on-windows/

4. >gem install spree_cmd

5. mystore>spree install –auto-accept

6. Now when you run this app and if you are using Window system this gave Execjs runtime error

   made some changes in runtime.rb file
   JScript = ExternalRuntime.new(
     :name        => "JScript",
     :command     => "cscript //E:jscript //Nologo",
     :runner_path => ExecJS.root + "/support/jscript_runner.js", // remove /U
     :encoding    => 'UTF-8' # CScript with //U returns UTF-16LE // change UTF-16 to UTF-8
   )

7. Now this time app run smothily now time to add new addmin user

   mystore>rake spree_auth:admin:create
