Installation went fine, but not working when testing

I'm trying to get poisontap to work on my RPZ, and the installation went fine with no problems at all. I tried plugging it into my computer to see if I could see the cookies, but after waiting a few minutes and checking, there was cookies saved on the pi, nothing happened to my web browser, and I can't find the poisontap.cookies.log file anywhere. Any suggestions?
