A simple WIP launcher that acts better for eInk displays.
- Favorites listed first
- Favorite an item by long-pressing it
No scrolling.
Applications are shown in pages, and there is no animation, no sliding, no fading.
Furthermore, to help the user out, and prevent needless paging, and thus refreshes, apps can be pinned to the top.
