Note: Powershell won't work with dasm! Use cmd instead!
Set following environment variables for ease of use to Windows path:
x:\dasm
x:\winvice-x.x-xxx
dasm <source_file>.asm -o<target_file>.prg
Starting and running the compiled program:
x64 <target_file>.prg
Starting the program on the C64 type in following command:
SYS <memory_location_where_the_program_should_start_in_decimal>
For example when using instruction org $1000 the 1000 is a hex number that converts into 4096 decimal. Point the C64 system here:
SYS 4096
Close the emulator when done!
